Would you like to change your behaviour or work on your self-development? It is possible, with professional coaching. Coaching is a structured and deliberate approach to setting realistic goals aligned with how you’d like to live your life.

When you establish goals aligned to your life aspirations under my guidance, a professional counsellor, you learn evidence-based strategies and tools to help you overcome obstacles, build resilience and achieve your goals. And we reflect on personal events or issues that may impact the success of your goals.

The foundation of reflection, goal setting and strategies, sets you on the path to achieving your goals. Coaching helps you recognise your life aspirations and the path to get there.

My coaching approach

During our initial session, we explore your life goals and determine one specific area to focus on. Over subsequent sessions, you learn evidence-based and clinically proven strategies and tools to achieve those goals. I review and assess your progress, and adjust your program if needed. 

I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions, either weekly or fortnightly to build momentum towards achieving your goals.
